property sales with an emphasis in vineyard and row crop properties.
He is also vice-president of Sales and Marketing for Hampton Farming
Company, Inc., a highly reputed local vineyard management and development
company.
Jennifer Nation, Broker Associate - Over fourteen years experience in real estate
sales and "T" Hayer's business partner. Coordinates all sales,
advertising and marketing efforts, including brochure layout, mailings,

Hampton, Corporate Officer - Owner of Hampton Farming in Santa Maria,
established in 1972 as an
organization specializing in vineyard management and the production
of premium quality wine grapes in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara
