for over 12 years.
After the sale of the Coldwell Banker franchise, he continued to operate
as T. Hayer & Associates, Inc. until mid 2007 when
he took on partners Lon Fletcher, Jennifer Nation and Dale Hampton
to form T. Hayer Realty, Inc.

ten years of experience specializing in commercial and agricultural
property sales with an emphasis in vineyard and row crop properties.
He is also vice-president of Sales and Marketing for Hampton Farming
Company, Inc., a highly reputed local vineyard management and development
company.
Jennifer
Nation, Realtor Associate - Over ten years experience in real estate
sales, beginning as assistant to "T" Hayer, later his business
partner. Coordinates all sales, advertising and marketing efforts, including

Hampton, Corporate Officer - Owner of Hampton Farming in Santa Maria,
established in 1972 as an
organization specializing in vineyard management and the production
of premium quality wine grapes in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara
